I’m building and iterating on several AI-driven web products and need someone who can stay in lock-step with me over the long haul. All work happens in the Eastern Time zone, and I rely on near-real-time collaboration—please be ready to answer messages within about 30 minutes whenever we’re on the clock. Here’s what we’ll tackle together: • Green-field features and entire new applications • Ongoing maintenance, refactors, and performance tuning of existing codebases • Rapid research, prototyping, and benchmarking of AI ideas before we harden them for production Day to day you’ll move comfortably between Python and JavaScript/Node, wiring up REST or GraphQL back ends, building or tweaking front-end components, and pushing everything through Git-based CI/CD. On the AI side, you should feel at home juggling AI Agents, RAG and the LangChain/LangGraph ecosystem while evaluating the right LLM for each use case. We’ll pair frequently, review each other’s pull requests, and iterate fast, so strong communication skills and disciplined testing are essential.
