I have a 4,000 m² development site that needs to be visualised in Lumion. The focus is on a series of small buildings together with their surrounding landscaping, and I want the scene to read as a complete, inviting environment. Scope – Model and render all buildings on the plot with clear articulation of massing, windows, doors, textures, and finishes. – Flesh out hardscape and softscape elements so planting, paths, lighting, and terrain grading feel natural and consistent with the architecture. – Produce both high-resolution still images (hero shots, aerials, and key eye-level views) and a smooth fly-through animation that tours the entire site. Deliverables 1. 8–10 final 4K still images in JPG/PNG. 2. 60–120 s Lumion animation in MP4, ready for presentation. 3. Native Lumion file plus any linked assets so I can tweak materials later. Acceptance Criteria • Realistic materials and lighting that hold up in close-ups. • Landscaping dense enough to sell scale yet light enough for fluid playback. • All camera paths, keyframes, and scene organization clearly labeled. I will supply the base CAD or Revit files, reference photos, and a mood board immediately after kickoff.
