I’m ready to leave WooCommerce behind and run my leather-bag store on Shopify so day-to-day management is simpler and more reliable. This move isn’t just a lift-and-shift—I want a completely fresh, high-end premium theme that feels every bit as luxurious as the products we sell, while still preserving our hard-won SEO. Website is www.happycow.com.au Here’s what I need from the build: • Complete data migration: every product, variant, image, collection, customer record, order history and, critically, every existing review must appear in Shopify exactly as it does today. • URL continuity: all current URLs must either remain identical or be mapped with 301 redirects so no backlinks or rankings are lost. • Premium theme setup: source and configure a top-tier, paid Shopify theme that conveys a luxury aesthetic (think clean, refined, editorial). Custom styling is expected so the storefront feels unique, not out-of-the-box. • Optimised structure: rebuild menus, filters and collections so browsing stays intuitive and conversion-focused. • App configuration: install only essential apps—reviews, shipping, email marketing, analytics—and make sure they’re integrated cleanly without bloat. • Launch support: thorough testing, DNS switch, and a final walkthrough so I’m comfortable running the new Shopify admin on my own. Acceptance criteria 1. All legacy URLs resolve without 404 errors. 2. The review count and star ratings remain identical to WooCommerce. 3. Page-speed in Shopify scores at or above current Lighthouse mobile score. 4. Theme is fully licensed and branded to my store, with no default demo content left. If you’ve moved stores of similar scale and can point me to live examples—especially in the fashion or accessories niche—let’s get this migration scheduled.
