I am looking for an experienced interior designer to develop 2D layout designs for a private villa consisting of three floors. The base architectural layout (2D CAD) is already available and includes accurate dimensions in meters. The goal is to transform these layouts into well-planned furniture arrangements and spatial designs that reflect a modern Middle Eastern lifestyle. In addition to the indoor spaces, I would also like to incorporate outdoor layout planning as part of the overall design. --- Scope of Work: - Review provided 2D floor plans (with dimensions) - Develop optimized furniture layouts (2D) for all floors - Ensure proper space planning, circulation, and functionality - Propose layout solutions for: - Living areas (family) - Majlis (guest reception) - Dining areas - Bedrooms - Supporting spaces - Outdoor Area Planning: - Design a pool located at the back corner of the outdoor space (not blocking and pathways) - Create a seating/lounge area between the villa outdoor space - Propose basic landscaping elements (greenery, layout zones, and flow) - Ensure the outdoor layout integrates smoothly with indoor access points - create roof gazebo style seating and dinning table as well as bbq area. --- Design Direction: - Style: Modern Luxury with Middle Eastern influence - Must understand regional living patterns (privacy, guest separation, family zones) - Avoid overly traditional or heavy classical styles - Aim for a balanced, elegant, and contemporary look --- Requirements: - Proven experience in residential interior layouts - Strong understanding of space planning (not just decoration) - Experience with Middle Eastern / Gulf region homes is a strong advantage - Ability to work with CAD drawings (DWG/PDF) - Clear communication and structured deliverables --- Deliverables: - 2D furniture layout plans for each floor - Outdoor layout concept (pool, seating, landscaping zones) - Optional: brief notes explaining layout decisions --- Important Note: This project focuses on layout intelligence and functionality first, not just aesthetics.
