Microsoft 365 Specialist Needed Today or ASAP to Configure M365 and Build Internal Company Intranet Project Description I am looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 specialist to help with two closely related pieces of work: 1. Review and properly set up our Microsoft 365 environment 2. Design and build a clean, practical internal intranet site hosted within Microsoft 365 and accessible via Teams This is not a large or complex job for someone who knows Microsoft 365 well, but it is important that it is done properly and in a way that allows me to learn as we go. How I Want to Work I want to work live with you via TeamViewer or similar screen sharing so I can see exactly what you are doing, understand the structure, and help steer decisions in real time. The aim is that I can coach and project manage on the fly while learning how to maintain and evolve the site myself. Timing is important. I am looking for someone who can start as soon as possible, ideally today, tomorrow, or at the latest Monday. Microsoft 365 Setup Support I would like help reviewing and configuring relevant Microsoft 365 settings, including but not limited to: • SharePoint and Teams structure • Permissions and access control • Best practice layout for an internal company intranet • Any obvious improvements or fixes you would recommend Intranet Site Requirements The intranet will be for a services and engineering business called Central Power Services. Initially it can be simple, but it should be well structured and scalable. Ideas for pages and features include: • A central home page with clear navigation • Health and Safety repository with policies and documents • Urgent news or announcements section • A simple gallery or updates area • A social style wall or space where people can post thoughts or updates • A clear place to store and access company policies and procedures It does not need to include everything above on day one. I am happy to start simple and build over time, but I want the foundations done correctly. The intranet must be: • Hosted within Microsoft 365 • Accessible through Teams • Clean, practical, and easy for non technical users • Built using standard Microsoft tools rather than heavy custom code What I Am Looking For • Strong hands on experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Teams • Experience building internal intranet sites for companies • Comfortable working live and explaining what you are doing • Able to move quickly and pragmatically • Good communicator If you have built similar intranet sites before, I would appreciate screenshots, examples, or a brief description of what you have delivered.
