AppSheet Developer Needed – Workflow Automation & UI Polishing (Execution Only) We are looking for a mid–senior AppSheet developer to help us complete an existing multi-role business management system. Important: This is not a discovery or design project. The data model, roles, and business logic are already defined. Your job is to execute, automate, and polish. Current State Google Sheets is the backend (already structured) Core tables, relationships, enums, and security filters exist Role-based access logic is implemented Main views/screens are built but need UX refinement No Bots or automation have been built yet Scope of Work (2 Parts) 1) Workflow & Automation (Primary) You will: Build AppSheet Bots Create event-driven and scheduled workflows Trigger actions based on: Status changes User actions Time-based rules Ensure: Reliable data flow No duplicate triggers Clean, maintainable logic Examples: Status transitions Approval flows Notifications Backend updates tied to workflow states 2) UI & UX Refinement You will: Refine existing views (no redesign) Improve: Forms Dashboards Navigation Slice-driven views Ensure: Mobile-first usability Desktop clarity for admin/management Apply provided: Brand colors Layout guidelines Small functional improvements are acceptable only if they improve execution.
