Key experience 2: an interactive 3D walkthrough powered by WebGL / Three.js (or an equivalent you recommend). Prospective buyers need full freedom to navigate every room on desktop and mobile with smooth, high-performance rendering and no plugins. The entire site must be mobile-first, load fast, pass Core Web Vitals and push every enquiry or saved configuration straight into our lead-capture system/CRM.
