Before each appointment, an SMS reminder should go out; no emails or in-app messages are needed at this stage. At checkout the visitor chooses “Phone Call” or “Zoom.” If they select Zoom, the system should generate the meeting link and drop it into both the confirmation screen and the SMS reminder. If they choose phone, the reminder simply shows my number.
