Scope of Work (Fixed) 1. Technical Review Review existing app configuration and integrations Validate what is currently working Identify any remaining test or staging configurations Provide a clear list of required production switches (if any) 2. API & Environment Validation Verify that all integrated APIs are production-ready Confirm correct environment variable setup Test API responses on real devices Check stability, error handling, and edge cases 3. In-App Purchases & RevenueCat Validation Verify correct usage of RevenueCat production keys Validate entitlement logic Test purchase flow Test restore purchases Verify subscription state synchronization Confirm VIP / override logic behaves correctly Note: Creation of in-app purchase products and App Store / Play Store submissions are handled by the client. 4. End-to-End Testing (Real Devices) Test critical user flows including: Authentication (signup, login, password reset) Core app screens and navigation API requests and responses In-app purchases (sandbox or test environment) Restore purchases OAuth flows Native permissions (camera, health integrations, etc.) Deliverables Summary of findings List of issues or misconfigurations (if any) Clear recommendations for production readiness Confirmation of tested flows and integrations Requirements Strong experience with iOS and Android apps Experience with RevenueCat and subscription-based apps Experience testing apps on real devices Experience validating APIs and environment configurations Familiarity with OAuth, native permissions, and production builds
