I’m putting together a fast-paced, first-person shooter for smartphones and I’m looking for a developer (or small team) who can take the project from prototype to store-ready release on both iOS and Android. The core experience revolves around three fully-playable online modes—Deathmatch, Capture the Flag, and a lightweight Battle Royale—so solid, low-latency networking is essential. You’re free to work in Unity, Unreal Engine, or another proven mobile-friendly stack, as long as the end result hits 60 FPS on current mid-range devices and offers seamless cross-platform play. Voice chat, simple lobbies, and quick matchmaking are must-haves; cosmetics, progression, and monetisation hooks can be stubbed in for now as placeholders. Deliverables • A playable alpha with the three modes running in private lobbies • Optimised builds for iOS (TestFlight) and Android (APK/Play Console internal track) • Server or peer-hosted back-end setup script (Photon, PlayFab, or similar) • Clean, well-commented source code and a short technical hand-off document • Two small, stylised maps that show the gameplay loop end-to-end For acceptance, I’ll test matches on both platforms over standard 4G and Wi-Fi; rounds should start in under 15 seconds and keep average ping below 80 ms.
