My current webshop works, but on phones it feels clunky. I need the entire storefront to feel smooth and intuitive on mobile, with particular attention on the user interface and navigation flow. Here is what I want done: 1. Mobile optimisation • Re-style every template so it resizes gracefully on small screens (Flexbox / CSS Grid welcome). • Make tap targets large enough, avoid content shifts, and keep load times snappy. 2. Header refresh • A cleaner, more modern look centred on an improved navigation menu: clear category links, prominent search, logical logo placement, subtle animation on open/close. 3. Homepage polish • Visually appealing hero section, consistent typography, harmonised colour palette, and space for featured products or promos. 4. Filter logic fix • When a shopper picks a brand, only that brand’s categories must remain visible with number of products; irrelevant ones should disappear instantly. (PHP / MySQL / JS components are fine as long as the result is seamless and fast.) 5. Transactional emails • Redesign order confirmation so i can choose if some products are unavailable to inform customer, shipping update, and similar status emails so they look professional on both mobile and desktop, using the shop’s branding and responsive HTML. Deliverables • Staging link or Git branch for review • Final responsive templates and assets ready to deploy • Brief hand-off notes highlighting files changed and how to adjust filters in future To help me choose quickly, please share a few mobile-first ecommerce projects you have already completed. Code snippets or before/after screens are ideal.
