The job starts with a precise 2D floor plan that optimises flow and natural light for new construction standards. From there, I’ll need elevations, sections, and a fully textured 3D model that lets me tour every room and review materials before breaking ground. AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or comparable BIM software are all fine so long as I receive editable source files alongside high-resolution renders suitable for contractor hand-off and investor presentations. Deliverables: • Scaled 2D architectural floor plan • Exterior and interior elevations & sections • Editable 3D model of the entire house • Four or more photorealistic renders (day and night) I’ll provide the site dimensions and any local code notes as soon as we agree on scope.
