I have a three-bedroom villa concept sketched out and now need bid-ready architectural drawings to move the project forward. The overall style is unmistakably modern, and concrete will be the dominant exterior material with metal/ceramic roof, so the elevations must showcase clean lines. Would like 3D of outside and roof off inside. I have no land ready for the project, just want clean drawings to show contractors when ready. My hand drawing attached has all details; need m2 and ft2 dimensions. Deliverables Floor plan 3D photos of outside • Front elevation • Side elevations (both) • Rear elevation Each elevation should be fully dimensioned and annotated so contractors can price with confidence—wall heights, window and door openings, roof lines, and any feature elements that define the modern look must be clear. Accepted file formats: PDF for quick reference plus the editable source file (DWG, RVT, or comparable) or to be determined.
