All content—text, images, exhibitor details—has to be easy for our team to update through a lightweight, custom-built CMS rather than WordPress or Joomla. Core pages and functions I must see live: • Home / About the Event: hero image, date & venue, and a short description. • Exhibitor List: dynamic grid or table we can refresh quickly. • Exhibitor Registration: online form that stores submissions in the database and triggers an email notification. • Contact Us: simple inquiry form plus Google Map embed. The custom CMS should let us log in, edit copy, replace photos, add or remove exhibitors, and export registration data without touching code. Please build with responsive HTML5/CSS3 so the site looks great on phones and tablets, and keep the interface intuitive so non-technical staff can manage it. Delivery is urgent, so share an outline of your proposed tech stack (e.g., PHP & MySQL or a lightweight Node/Express setup), timeline, and any past work on similar event sites. Once approved, I’ll supply branding assets and initial content; you’ll handle deployment to our hosting and give a brief hand-off tutorial.
