I need modern interior design plans that give our furniture department a fresh, cohesive layout our customers will immediately notice. The assignment is limited to the conceptual stage—no sourcing, purchasing, or on-site supervision is required right now. Deliverables • Scaled floor plan(s) showing traffic flow and furniture groupings • Mood board or visual palette highlighting color, material, and lighting concepts • At least two photorealistic 3-D perspectives or rendered elevations to illustrate the feel of the space • A concise written rationale (1–2 pages) explaining how the scheme supports merchandising and customer experience goals Please base all work on a clean, contemporary aesthetic: think sleek lines, neutral tones with strategic accents, and minimal visual clutter. CAD, SketchUp, Revit, or comparable software is fine as long as exported files are shareable (PDF for static visuals, DWG/SKP/RVT for editable files). Final files should arrive print-ready and in editable formats so my team can refine them later if needed.
