You’ll take the plan I supply (PDF or CAD) and translate it into a fully built exterior, respecting roof pitch, window positions, and overall massing. Feel free to add thoughtful touches such as contemporary lighting and minimalist landscaping that complement a glass-forward facade; just keep everything consistent with the Modern style I’ve specified. Deliverables: • Native 3D model file in your preferred software (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, etc.) • At least two high-resolution renders—front elevation and one angled view—suitable for presentation • Optional short walkthrough or 360° still if easily extracted from the model I’m ready to give quick feedback so we can adjust materials, camera angles, or lighting without delays.
