I need two polished, conversion-focused layouts that reflect a clean modern aesthetic design for our home building company new website. The first is the Home page with provision for 3 pop ups. It should open with a striking hero Zoom-in banners that immediately communicates our value proposition, flow into a featured products / services strip that can scale as new offers/promotions are added, and close with authentic customer testimonials styled to match the overall look. Smooth spacing, bold typography and purposeful white space are key; everything has to feel contemporary and intuitive on desktop, mobile & common multiplatform screens. The second is the Contact Us page. It must include: • a contact form (name, email, message fields etc) wired for easy hand-off to developers, • an embedded Google Map pinpointing our office, and • prominent social media icons that inherit the site’s colours. Please supply: • High-fidelity designs in any suitable software with desktop, mobile & multiplatform compatibility. Note: These pages will be a part of our upcoming responsive website in HTML, CSS, JavaScript & PHP & using customised WordPress themes and plugins. We will provide all line-of-work related images & content. More details upon initiation of interest. Further website work may follow upon successful completion of this phase. Must be developed & hosted on our hosting service provider platform.
