I’m moving fast on an eight-storey, 80-room hotel and need a talented visualiser to develop, render and refine its look. Scope of work • Produce five distinct facade concepts—each fully rendered—to help me choose the right direction. • Once I select the winning scheme, create five high-quality exterior renders plus five interior renders that reflect the same language. Key design notes • Style: contemporary, elegant, with floor-to-beam glazing. • Material highlight: Aluminium Composite Panels (full or perforated) used as a statement element. • Orientation: the street frontage faces west, so integrate aluminium sun-shade fins that double as decorative features. • Colour palette: earthy, natural shades that keep the building grounded while complementing the ACP. • Interior previews: modern minimalist rooms that echo the exterior vocabulary. Deliverables will be supplied as high-resolution images suitable for both presentation boards and marketing collateral. Native 3D source files (SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max or similar) are a plus but not mandatory. Timeline Speed is critical—I need the first round of five facade concepts as soon as possible, followed quickly by the final render set once a design is approved.
