Equip-Ex — Website / Flyer / Marketplace Content Build (Developer + Designer) Project Overview We are building Equip-Ex.com — The Equipment Exchange, a professional B2B platform focused on surplus industrial and critical-infrastructure equipment. This is not a marketing fluff project and not a consumer website. We are looking for a developer/designer (or small team) who can implement structured, modular, execution-grade content for: Website pages Marketplace sections Capability pages PDFs / flyers CMS content blocks All copy, structure, rules, and branding requirements are already defined and will be provided in a complete developer handoff document. Your job is implementation, structure, and polish — not strategy. What You Will Be Building You will implement a set of public-facing pages/modules based on a provided brief, including: Core Pages / Sections Equipment Exchange (primary backbone page) HVAC Equipment Scrapping HVAC Equipment Purchase HVAC Equipment Supply These pages must: Share a global header and footer Be modular and reusable Be clean, readable, and professional Work across desktop, tablet, and mobile Mandatory Header & Footer (Non-Negotiable) Every page and asset must include: Header Equip-Ex logo (provided) Brand line (exact text): Equip-Ex.com The Equipment Exchange Footer (Exact Contact Info) Consistency is required across all pages and materials. Content & Brand Rules (Read Carefully) This project is public-facing only. You must follow these rules exactly: ❌ No finance, leverage, or capital mechanics ❌ No exclusivity language ❌ No valuation arbitrage language ❌ No exaggerated marketing claims ❌ No stock photos Tone must be: Professional Industrial Execution-focused Audience: Contractors Engineers Facility owners Operators Images & Assets We will provide: A folder of approved images Official Equip-Ex logo files You must: Use only provided images Not source stock photography Not replace images without approval Maintain original aspect ratios Avoid heavy filters or effects If something looks off — flag it, don’t “fix” it creatively.
