Scope The build is small but purposeful: a single-screen landing page that conveys trust and expertise, an calculators section, and a straightforward contact page. The overall look should be professional and corporate rather than playful or overly minimalist—think strong typography, balanced white space, crisp lines, and colours that project stability. Key features and deliverables • Landing page: hero message, concise service overview, clear call-to-action button. • Calculators tab: three fully working, mobile-responsive tools—Mortgage Loan Calculator, Affordability Calculator, and Refinance Calculator—Calculators are provided by me, just need loaded to website once available • Contact tab: form capturing Name, Email, Phone Number and an open Message field, with validation and spam protection. • Responsive design: seamless experience across desktop, tablet, and mobile. • Basic on-page SEO setup (titles, descriptions, clean URLs).
