Our small, volunteer-run non-profit already has a basic website, but it no longer reflects the way we connect with our supporters. The main objective of this project is to reshape the site so it truly engages the community—encouraging conversations around our events, projects, and impact. Here is what matters most to us: • A modern and clean layout, minimalist & simple. The pages should feel spacious, uncluttered, and visually consistent from desktop down to mobile. • An intuitive “grants” feature within the donations area. We want visitors to see at a glance which grants we’re currently seeking, track progress, and contribute easily. • Smooth navigation, fast load times, and solid on-page accessibility fundamentals (semantic HTML, alt text, colour contrast) even though that wasn’t our top checkbox choice. • Content migration of roughly a dozen existing pages and their images, with room for future blog posts and event listings. I will supply current site credentials, brand colours, and copy updates. Once the redesign is complete I’d like a quick walkthrough (recorded is fine) so our team can handle simple edits on our own.
