I’m moving forward with a new residential build and need a complete digital design package turned around in the next two weeks. The aesthetic is firmly modern—clean lines, generous glazing and a balanced mix of wood, concrete and glass throughout. Revit will serve as the main workspace so I can maintain an editable BIM model, while V-Ray (integrated with 3ds Max) should drive the photorealistic visuals. Lumion is acceptable for supplemental shots if it streamlines your workflow. Deliverables at project hand-off: • Revit-based floor plans with DWG export • Fully textured 3D model and at least four high-resolution renders (daylight) plus one night scene • Elevation drawings and a façade concept showcasing the specified wood-concrete-glass palette I’ll supply plot dimensions, zoning notes and mood references once we kick off.
