The plan must show precise placement of every window, door, television, and twin-size bed and cover three key zones of the building: the common living area, all resident rooms, and the dining area. For each space I want to see how circulation, sight-lines, and accessibility will work together so residents move safely and staff can supervise easily. Natural light is important, so window sizing and positioning should be called out clearly. Bedrooms are twin-bed only; please note exact clearances around each bed in line with local codes. Deliverables • Scaled floor plan for the entire facility indicating windows, doors, furniture, and TV locations • Separate enlarged plans of resident rooms, common living area, and dining area with dimensions and annotations • 2–3 key perspective renders or visualizations that illustrate the Modern, neutral-tone palette • A brief specification sheet naming finishes and furniture pieces shown in the visuals Files in PDF and editable source (DWG or equivalent) will let my licensing team review quickly.
