You’ll receive the fixture schedule, rig drawings and reference clips from me. Your job is to refine the concept, position fixtures for maximum impact and build time-coded cues that glide seamlessly with music, speeches or dialogue. A good grasp of colour theory, subtle movement and layered intensity is essential, along with solid console skills—grandMA3 is my first choice, though grandMA2 or ETC EOS will work if that’s your strength. Deliverables • Updated plan or Vectorworks/DWG showing fixture positions • Pre-visualisation renders or Capture/WYSIWYG files for approval • Final console show file, patched and labelled clearly • PDF cue sheet with timings and notes Once the concept is approved I’ll need quick, decisive revisions so the file can be handed to the production house on schedule.
