Core scope • User onboarding with Email/Password and OTP-based phone verification. • Real-time slot availability, selection and booking flow. • In-app payments that work in India through UPI, the popular wallets, and standard cards. • Lightweight operator dashboard to open/close slots and view active bookings; serverless or micro-service back-end on Firebase or AWS is fine. I have two non-negotiables: a smooth UX with minimal taps from search to payment, and hand-off within two weeks so we can start market validation tests.
