I am launching a small-scale platform that blends straightforward online donations with full-featured crowdfunding campaigns. I need the entire solution—from design through domain registration and hosting—handed over ready for public use, so I can focus on promoting causes rather than piecing together tech. Core purpose The site must seamlessly handle both one-off donations and multi-stage crowdfunding efforts. Contributors should be able to support a single cause or follow a campaign’s milestones without friction. Essential payment flows I will accept Bank Transfer, Razorpay, Cashfree, PhonePe and an offline QR option ; please build the checkout so supporters can choose whichever of these suits them. If an additional gateway is required to integrate any of those services, include it in your plan. User experience features • Account creation & secure login for donors and campaign owners • An intuitive dashboard where campaign owners can launch, edit and monitor their projects • Real-time donation tracking visible to both campaign owners and donors • Clean, modern custom design—mobile-first and accessible Technical hand-off Once development is complete, I expect: • Domain registered in my name and hosting configured (cPanel or similar) • Source code, database dump and any graphic assets packaged for backup • Brief walkthrough or document covering how to add new campaigns, view analytics and update content Acceptance criteria 1. A visitor can donate or pledge within three clicks from the home page. 2. All five payment methods process at least one successful test transaction. 3. Campaign dashboard shows live totals and recent activity without manual refresh. Core functionality I expect at launch: • Campaign creation with images, story section, progress bar, and goal settings • Real-time donation tracking and public progress updates • User account management for both organisers and donors, including profile, past donations, and saved campaigns • Payment processing through Razorpay and PhonePe, plus an offline UPI-QR option that records manual transfers inside the same dashboard An intuitive admin panel is essential for approving campaigns, issuing refunds when necessary, exporting reports, and handling support tickets. Clean code, clear documentation, and deployment to my hosting account will complete the project. Acceptance criteria: 1. A new organiser can sign up, create a campaign, and receive a successful test donation via Razorpay, PhonePe, and the offline QR flow. 2. Donation totals update instantly on the campaign page and in the admin reports. 3. I receive install instructions and credentials, along with a brief walkthrough video or call. If you have prior experience with payment gateway APIs, crowdfunding logic, and secure user data handling, this should be a straightforward build.
