PROJECT REQUEST – INSTAGRAM NEWS AUTOMATION SYSTEM Hello, I manage 3 Instagram news pages. These pages require continuous and up-to-date news posting. Due to my university life, I cannot manage this process manually. Therefore, I want to have a fully automated bot / application / API-based system developed. Below are my requirements, stated clearly and strictly: GENERAL GOAL Automatically fetch news from sources I define Place the fetched news exactly into pre-designed Canva templates Generate posts in HD quality Automatically publish the posts on 3 Instagram news accounts NEWS SOURCE SYSTEM News should be fetched from: Selected news websites RSS feeds Telegram channels Official APIs (if available) The system must support: Keyword filtering Category filtering Prevention of duplicate news sharing Each news item will consist of: News headline News description / short summary CANVA TEMPLATE RULES (VERY IMPORTANT) This section contains non-negotiable rules: I will use fixed-size Canva templates The system must: Insert the news headline into the headline area Insert the news description into the description area MANDATORY TEXT RULES Text must: NEVER be resized NEVER move to a new line NEVER overflow outside the template If a headline or description does not fit: It must be automatically shortened based on a predefined maximum character limit Even when shortened, the text must remain on a single line and perfectly fit the template Exclamation Mark Rule Every headline must end with an exclamation mark (!) Every news description must end with an exclamation mark (!) Exclamation marks must be automatically added by the system Example: Headline: Important development in X city! Description: Authorities made a critical statement! VISUAL & QUALITY REQUIREMENTS The final post must: Be in full HD resolution Be optimized to withstand Instagram compression (Preferred sizes: 1080x1080 or 1080x1350) Overall image quality must remain sharp and clear, with no blurring AUTOMATIC INSTAGRAM POSTING The system must support 3 different Instagram accounts For each account, it must be possible to define separately: Posting schedules Caption templates Hashtag lists Posting features: Automatic post publishing (Optional) Story or Reels compatibility Must comply with Instagram API rules and minimize the risk of account bans ADMIN PANEL (OPTIONAL BUT PREFERRED) A simple web-based admin panel is preferred Through the panel, it should be possible to: Manage news sources Change Canva templates Configure posting schedules View published and pending posts Switch between fully automatic and manual approval modes TECHNICAL EXPECTATIONS Preferably built with Python or Node.js API-based architecture is a plus The system must be scalable, allowing: Addition of new Instagram accounts Addition of new news sources in the future FINAL OBJECTIVE Without any manual intervention from me: News should be fetched automatically Content should be placed into Canva templates in full compliance with the rules Posts should be published regularly on all 3 Instagram news pages
