We are looking for an experienced Zapier automation developer with strong REST API skills to complete a workflow that connects a Ninja Forms submission (WordPress) to our ERP system, RazorERP. The Ninja Form and Zapier trigger are already set up. The remaining task is to complete the API workflow that will create or update Contact and Address records, then submit a new Job/Order into RazorERP. Project Overview When a Ninja Form is submitted, Zapier should: Trigger automatically from the form submission Call our ERP API to: Check whether the Contact exists Check whether the Address exists Based on lookup results: If records exist → retrieve their ContactID and AddressID If not found → create the missing Contact and/or Address via API and capture the IDs With both IDs available: Create a new Job/Order in RazorERP using all required fields from the form Prevent duplicate Contacts and Addresses Complete the workflow end-to-end without missing required fields Technical Details Ninja Forms → Zapier trigger already configured ERP API fully documented in Swagger We will provide: API base URL Authentication token Required field mappings Access to a development environment for testing Required API Endpoints: Contact Lookup Address Lookup Create Contact Create Address Create Job/Order Required Skills Advanced Zapier automation & webhook experience Strong REST API + JSON integration expertise Previous Ninja Forms integration experience (preferred) Ability to work quickly, communicate clearly, and deliver within a tight deadline
