Project Background TorchTalk is a student-initiated, non-profit campus communication platform for NYU students. Our goal is to create a professional and consistent brand identity across digital channels. We are currently looking for a graphic designer to create branded email templates for our platform. The designer will be responsible for creating three email designs: Welcome Email – For new users after registration – Introduces TorchTalk and builds trust Engagement / Weekly Update Email – Highlights popular discussions and updates – Encourages continued participation Event / Campaign Email – Promotes special activities or initiatives – Drives user engagement Each design should follow TorchTalk’s branding style and be suitable for digital distribution. Design Requirements Clean, modern, student-friendly layout Consistent use of brand colors (NYU violet / torch theme) Clear typography and hierarchy Mobile-friendly (single-column preferred) Include CTA buttons (e.g., Join Now, Explore, Participate) Include header, body, and footer sections Professional and non-commercial tone Deliverables 3 complete email design layouts High-resolution files (PDF + editable source file )
