I’m leading an internal roll-out of Odoo in our MedTech company and need a senior consultant to tackle the most sensitive part of the project: inventory. Your mission is to configure batch tracking, expiration control, FEFO flow and hospital consignment locations so they work seamlessly inside Odoo and respect the strict traceability standards of regulated healthcare supply chains. All historical stock data currently lives in Sage 200. I will provide clean exports; you will migrate them into Odoo, reconcile every serial/lot, and sign off that counts, dates and references match exactly. Once the configuration and migration are rock solid, I expect you to spend focused time with my key users so we fully understand the logic, can extend it ourselves, and avoid future dependence on outside help. Deliverables • Fully configured Inventory, Lots & Expiration, FEFO rules and Consignment locations in our test and production databases • Validated migration of Sage 200 stock data with documented reconciliation steps • Short, practical hand-over package: configuration playbook, checklists, and two interactive training sessions for the team Success is measured by zero reconciliation errors, traceability audit readiness, and my team’s ability to maintain the setup unaided.
