Inventory & Manufacturing Our stock consists of two categories: finished bakery products and the raw ingredients that feed our recipes. I want accurate stock levels, automatic re-ordering rules and recipe-based bills of materials that deduct flour, sugar and yeast the moment a batch is confirmed. Lot or expiry tracking for perishable goods is a plus. Point of Sale Sales happen in both channels: a physical counter and an online shop. The POS should synchronize customers, products, pricing and promotions seamlessly between the storefront and the website, updating inventory in real time. Receipt printing, basic kitchen tickets and support for Arabic language characters are important. Accounting Configure chart of accounts, tax rules, daily sales journals and bank reconciliation so that the financial side is ready for my accountant with minimal manual work.
