Project Description: We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development professional to design a complete onboarding program for new hires. The goal is to create a structured, engaging, and easy-to-follow onboarding experience that helps new employees quickly understand our company, culture, processes, and job expectations. Scope of Work: The selected freelancer will be responsible for developing the following: Onboarding Framework & Timeline 30/60/90-day onboarding plan New hire checklist and manager checklist Pre-start communication materials Training Materials & Content-some will be provided Welcome packet and company overview Policies, procedures, and safety overview-will be provided Department-specific training modules Video scripts or outlines (if needed) Engagement & Culture Elements First-day orientation outline Team introduction plan Company culture and values section Tracking & Evaluation Tools Progress tracking templates Knowledge checks or assessments Feedback surveys for new hires and managers Deliverables: Fully packaged onboarding program (PDF, Word, or agreed-upon format) Editable templates for future internal use Optional: Slide deck or digital format for presentation Requirements: Proven experience in creating onboarding or training programs Strong instructional design background Ability to present information clearly and professionally Ability to meet agreed-upon deadlines Bonus: Experience in corporate compliance, safety training, or HR Project Timeline: Estimated completion: 1 weeks (flexible based on scope) How to Apply: Please provide: Examples of similar onboarding or training programs you’ve created Brief outline of your approach Estimated cost and timeline
