Web Designer Needed – Ongoing WordPress Projects (Service-Based Businesses) We are a digital marketing agency based in Australia looking for a reliable WordPress web designer to join us on an ongoing basis. We have 4 websites ready to kick off immediately, with a consistent pipeline of new projects coming through as our client base grows. About the work Most of our clients are service-based businesses such as real estate agents, mortgage brokers, trades, and similar. Sites are typically 5 to 10 pages and nothing overly complex. We need someone comfortable working with both premium templates and building from scratch depending on the brief. Each project will come with a discovery form outlining the client's preferred look, feel, and content. What we are looking for A designer who is comfortable with WordPress end to end, from setup through to go-live. You should have a strong eye for clean, professional design that works well for local service businesses. Experience with e-commerce is a bonus as this may come up from time to time. You will be working directly with our team and occasionally liaising with clients, so clear communication and the ability to meet deadlines is important. This is ongoing work. If the first few projects go well we want to build a long-term working relationship with the right person. Pricing and contract structure This is a fixed price contract. Budget per website depending on complexity and scope. For e-commerce or more complex builds, pricing can be discussed separately on a case by case basis.
