The project centers on a clean, planning-grade 3D model of a sports stadium and its surrounding parking lot. The model will be used to study circulation, access points, and stall counts, so accuracy in overall dimensions and site boundaries matters more than photoreal materials or decorative detail. Basic masses for the stadium bowl, concourses, entry gates, and lighting towers are enough, but the parking layout must be fully striped and organized so I can verify capacities and drive aisles. A simple color code for different zones (stadium, pedestrian zones, drop-off lanes, parking rows, service roads) will keep the file easy to read when layers are toggled on and off. No need for seating textures, signage, or high-poly assets; the goal is clarity for early-stage planning meetings. Deliverables • Editable 3D Max model with VRay • Two orthographic screenshots (top and 45-degree) that clearly show the parking layout in context with the stadium footprint. Please use real-world scale and keep the file organized by layers/groups so future edits are straightforward.
