I need a part-time full-stack developer who is comfortable owning both the machine-learning pipeline and the web stack around it. The core assignment is to build and maintain a web application whose main feature is a ChatGPT-style chatbot, so practical experience creating, fine-tuning, and deploying conversational ML models is essential. You should be able to: • Design, train, and iterate on machine-learning models that power the chatbot, keeping latency low and responses relevant. • Wire those models into a modern web front-end and a secure, scalable back-end. Whether you reach for React, Vue, or another JS framework on the front and Flask, FastAPI, Node, or similar on the back is up to you—as long as you can justify the choice and move quickly. • Handle end-to-end tasks, from data preprocessing and prompt engineering to containerising the service, setting up CI/CD, and deploying to cloud (AWS, GCP, or Azure). • Communicate clearly in English; C1 fluency is preferred because we will iterate fast over voice calls and written specs. The position is part-time, so I expect roughly 15–20 flexible hours a week. We will set milestones together, review pull requests on GitHub, and demo progress every Friday. Deliverables I will accept as complete: 1. A functioning web app accessible on a test domain, with user login and a fully integrated chatbot responding in real time. 2. Documented source code (front end, back end, and ML components) pushed to a private repo. 3. A short deployment guide so I can reproduce the environment from scratch.
