About the Project We run a live, production web platform that handles end-to-end operations for a service intermediary business — connecting clients to service providers, managing order flows, automated communication, invoicing, and partner management. The platform is actively used and growing. The Stack Backend: Python 3.13 / FastAPI, deployed on Railway Frontend: React + Vite + Tailwind (separate Railway service) Database: PostgreSQL (Railway) Integrations: Gmail API (OAuth2), Mollie payments, Gravity Forms webhooks, Sentry, GitHub Actions CI Tools: Cursor (AI-assisted development), GitHub (branch protection, PRs) Current Status The platform is live and operational. Core flows are working — quote management, order confirmation, partner portal, automated email triggers, invoicing with payment links. We are in a stabilization and feature completion phase. The codebase is functional but has technical debt that needs structured attention. What Needs Work Current open priorities include: Webhook field mapping issues (incoming data not fully parsed) Email trigger dashboard — visibility and on/off control per trigger Code architecture improvements (layered structure, centralized DB module, Pydantic schemas) React frontend improvements (state refresh, TypeScript migration) Activity log per order Mollie payment flow end-to-end testing Bug fixes: cancelled order mail guards, partner mail routing About Me I'm a non-technical founder working hands-on with AI-assisted development (Cursor + Claude). I have a good understanding of the system and try to stay actively involved in decisions. My goal is to work structured — proposal before execution, no direct pushes to main — but in practice I run into the limitations of AI-driven development regularly. That's part of why I'm looking for a developer: to add human oversight, catch what the AI misses, and help keep the codebase from drifting.
