No interiors are required. Preferred workflow You import the STEP file into 3ds Max (I'm on 2022), Vray (I'm on Vray 5). apply accurate materials, set daylight to approximate the original photos, then composite in Photoshop (I am on 2020). Colour correction must be subtle; the planning officer only wants realism, not marketing gloss. Acceptance criteria • Geometry aligns perfectly with each background photo (no floating edges or mismatched scale). • Lighting direction in the render matches shadows already present in the photo. • Final images delivered as both layered PSD (so I can tweak if needed) and flattened 300 dpi JPEG/PNG suitable for A3 print.
