End-to-End System Workflow1. Patient Intake & Clinical Phase Registration: The receptionist creates a digital file in the Patient Records module. Triage (Nurse): The Nurse logs vitals (BP, weight, temperature) which appear instantly on the Doctor’s Dashboard. Consultation (Doctor): The Doctor reviews history, inputs clinical notes, and issues an Electronic Prescription and laboratory requests. Automated SMS: Once the appointment is completed or a follow-up is set, the system sends an automated Appointment Confirmation/Reminder to the patient.2.
