Photobooth Video Conversion Integration

I need a small, self-contained module that talks to the KLing 2.6 Pro API, takes the image set captured by my Breeze Systems photobooth software, and stitches those frames into a short mp4. The first captured image must appear as a still for a configurable number of seconds, the remaining shots play through in sequence, and the last frame freezes for an outro of equal length. Audio is not required; smooth cross-fade or simple cut transitions are fine as long as there is no visible stutter. The workflow I have in mind: • Breeze Systems saves the JPEG set into its usual session folder. • Your component is triggered (command-line call or REST endpoint—whichever is easiest to bolt on). • It calls KLing 2.6 Pro to do the heavy lifting, respecting the timing rules above. • The resulting video is dropped back into the session folder so Breeze can display or share it immediately. I can provide sample image sets and remote access to a test rig running Breeze if that helps. Deliver me well-commented source (C#, C++ or Python are all acceptable), a short README explaining how to install and wire it into Breeze, and a quick success demo video generated by the tool itself. If the first and last frame timing matches the spec and the clip plays back flawlessly on Windows 10, I’ll consider the job done. Looking forward to seeing how you tackle this.
