I need a set of photorealistic CGI images that showcase the interior of a private residence. The focus is purely architectural visualization, and the brief covers the whole house 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 2-3 reception rooms, entrance, kitchen, utility, reception room, cinema etc. The finished renders should convincingly sell the design intent, with accurate materials, lighting that matches real-world conditions, and enough detail for close-up crops. I usually work with 3ds Max and V-Ray, but I am fine if you prefer Corona, Blender + Cycles or a comparable engine, as long as the result reaches the same level of realism. Deliverables • One hero view plus at least two supporting angles for each of the three rooms (minimum 4K resolution, landscape orientation). • Raw scene files and layered PSDs or EXRs so I can make minor tweaks if needed. • Two rounds of minor revisions to nail colour, furniture placement or light balance. Acceptance criteria • Materials and textures match the supplied reference boards in colour, scale and reflectivity. • No visible modeling shortcuts: seams, inverted normals or light leaks will be grounds for revision. • Final images free of noise and ready for print or web without additional post-work. Reference floor plans, mood boards and a furniture schedule are ready to send as soon as we start. If you can turn around preview drafts within a week and final renders shortly after feedback, that timeline would be ideal.
