I’m looking for an experienced 3D artist to turn my complete set of floor plan, material references, and mood-board images into a fully textured, highly detailed model of a 3BHK flat and then deliver photorealistic renders. Here’s what I’ll hand over the moment we start: CAD drawings with exact dimensions, furniture and fixture references, plus a folder of texture maps and reference photos. Your task is to translate all of that into a production-ready scene, apply the supplied materials faithfully, light it for realism, and render high-resolution images. Key things I need from you: • A clean, well-organized 3D scene (any mainstream architectural tool such as 3ds Max + V-Ray/Corona, Blender + Cycles, or SketchUp + V-Ray is fine, and provide native files). • High-poly, highly detailed geometry—no shortcuts that will show up in close-ups. • All photorealistic render per room (living/dining, kitchen, three bedrooms,) plus an overall birds-eye view. • Final images in 4K resolution with my brand logo on it. I’ll review the first lighting draft, then a material draft, before you move to final renders, so please allow for two minor revision passes.
