I already have my own Google Play Console set up and the app itself is fully developed. It is a general-purpose “App” (not a game, utility, or social media platform) and I now need help moving it through Google’s publishing flow, gathering real-world input, and polishing the listing. Here is what I’m looking for: • Upload the signed AAB/APK to my Play Console, complete all compliance steps (privacy policy URL, content rating, declarations, release notes) and submit the build for review. • Create an internal or closed test track, invite at least 20 unique testers, and guide them so they install the build, use it for a short period, and provide written feedback. • Collect that feedback, group it by theme (bugs, UX comments, performance, suggestions), and return a concise report so I can decide on quick fixes before public release. • Once I sign off, roll the same (or updated) build to the production track so it is publicly available. My assets (icons, screenshots, description) may still need a quick check, as my earlier answer was “Publish and 20 testers feedback.” If anything is missing or non-compliant, please flag it and let me know what you need from me. Deliverables will be accepted when: 1. The app is visible in Google Play Console test track with 20 tester accounts enrolled. 2. A feedback summary document (PDF, Google Doc, or similar) is delivered. 3. The app is live in production or ready for me to press the final release button. Experience with Google Play policies, Play Console, and coordinating tester groups is essential.
