I have a fan-made “Cosmos” build of Cartoon Network Punch Time Explosion for the Nintendo 3DS and I’m ready to expand it. Your job is twofold: First, pull every playable feature I’ve selected from the XL console release—characters, their full movesets and abilities, plus their home stages/assist characters—and down-scale or otherwise rebuild them so they run perfectly on the modded 3DS version (real hardware and Citra). Second, create brand-new, fully original fighters. These are not crossover guests; I want fresh, custom-designed characters complete with models, textures, animations, SFX/voice stubs and balanced movesets that sit naturally beside the official roster. Deliverables • 100 % working XL ports to modded 3DS: each character, their stage and signature abilities fully functional with no crashes • Two (or more) original fighters, polished to the same standard, appearing in the character select screen with finished UI art • Simple install pack plus changelog so future updates remain painless I test on both real hardware (New 3DS) and the latest Citra nightly; final files have to pass on both.
