Project Description: We are seeking an experienced professional proposal writer to develop a high-quality technical proposal for submission to a major mining client. This engagement is strictly for proposal writing and document development only. All technical content and subject-matter input will be provided by our engineering team. Your role will be to structure, refine, and present the information in a compelling, professional, and submission-ready format. The final document must reflect the standards expected by large mining houses. ⸻ Scope of Work • Structure and develop the full proposal document • Write a strong Executive Summary • Refine and articulate the technical methodology (based on provided input) • Professionally present team credentials and experience • Ensure logical flow, clarity, and persuasive positioning • Edit, proofread, and format the final submission You will not be responsible for technical analysis, costing, engineering design, or team coordination. ⸻ Required Experience: Bidders must demonstrate: • Proven experience writing successful proposals in: • Mining • Mineral processing • Industrial or heavy engineering sectors • Strong understanding of technical/engineering terminology • Experience preparing submissions for major corporate clients Experience with large mining organizations such as Anglo American, Barrick Gold, First Quantum Minerals, or Glencore will be considered an advantage. ⸻ Deliverables: • Complete proposal document (Microsoft Word format) • Professionally formatted, submission-ready version
