I own a small laser pointer that shows a QR code when powered on and I want a very first version of an app that works on both iOS and Android. The flow is simple: the app scans the QR code, pairs with the laser, lets me capture my body positions (face and hands), then—whenever the laser is switched on again—instantly brings those saved positions back on screen so I can see and adjust my stance. I am open about how you store the poses: quick snapshots, lightweight skeletal tracking, or any hybrid you feel is the smartest for a fast MVP. What matters is that the storage happens with one tap and that the recall feels immediate when the laser reconnects. Within the initial 7-9-day window and the €200 first-phase budget I expect: • Reliable QR-based pairing with the laser • A minimal UI for saving at least one set of facial- and hand-position data • On-demand visualisation of that data the moment the laser is detected again • Local, offline storage (no back-end yet) If the prototype is stable and user-friendly I’ll happily open a larger phase-two contract for extra features such as multiple profiles, cloud sync, refined AR overlays, or advanced body-tracking libraries.
