My Android application is fully built and ready to go; the only thing keeping it from users is the Google Play submission process. I do not yet have a Google Play Developer account—the $25 sign-up fee is outside my reach—so I need a creative solution. I’m happy for you to release the app under your own compliant Play Console or to walk me through opening an account, as long as everything fits within the overall 1000 budget I have set aside for this project. Where I still need a hand: • Store listing polish: fine-tuning the wording, choosing keywords, and creating or refining screenshots/icon assets. • End-to-end publishing: uploading the APK/AAB, completing the Play Console forms, and passing Google’s review until the app is live. Deliverables I will consider the project complete when: 1. The app is publicly available on Google Play with a working store link. 2. All listing materials you created or edited are delivered back to me in editable formats. 3. I receive clear, step-by-step notes on how future updates can be rolled out through the same account.
