Here’s what I need done: • Link the existing contact form on both the home page and the Contact Us page directly to our intake email address. • Remove the “Do you or your child have autism spectrum disorder?” field from the form—we’ll confirm this later during the intake call. • Reduce the size of the clouds on the home page; I still want the graphic there, just smaller so it doesn’t crowd the form. • On the Insurance page, delete the “recap of services provided” section so the page focuses solely on which insurance plans we accept. • Under Services, add a new box highlighting our center-based services at the La Mesa clinic and note that we provide free transportation to and from nearby areas.
