I already have pixel-perfect desktop and mobile design files; what I need now is a developer who can slice them and turn them into a fully functioning WordPress site without delay. Everything must look exactly like the comps on every modern browser and device, and the build should follow WordPress best practices so I’m not fighting with updates later. Core requirements • Rebuild the provided designs inside WordPress, adding every page shown in the files. • Integrate an advanced contact form (multiple fields plus file-upload capability) that feeds to my email. • Implement solid security from day one to protect against hacks, backdoors and hostile takeovers—firewall rules, spam filtering and automated backups at a minimum, and hiding the Wordpress login with plugins. • Configure the usual settings (permalinks, favicon, caching, etc.) so the site feels polished when you hand it over.
