I am adding real-time audio and video to an existing React Native application and need someone who is already comfortable with the LiveKit SDK. The goal is simple: a reliable one-to-one and group calling experience that works seamlessly on both iOS and Android. You will receive the current code-base, Figma screens, and the LiveKit cloud instance that is already running. I need you to hook everything up—permissions, token generation, room management, connection state handling—and expose a clean set of components I can reuse anywhere in the app. Calls must remain active in the background, switch gracefully between Wi-Fi and cellular, and respect the platform guidelines for camera and microphone usage. Deliverables • A drop-in React Native module that wraps LiveKit’s audio/video functions • Basic call UI: join screen, in-call view, mute/camera toggle, end call • Thorough README and inline comments so the team can extend the feature on its own • Final build validated on a real iOS device (latest iOS version) and a real Android device (API 31+) Once the feature passes our internal QA test—stable connection for at least 30 minutes and acceptable battery/CPU usage—we consider the milestone complete.
