The AI must work in real time—batch jobs won’t cut it—so please be comfortable designing or selecting models and queues that can listen, process, and write back without noticeable lag. Source material will arrive from three streams: sales transaction data, customer interaction data, and market trend data. All of them need to be parsed, cleaned, mapped to the correct Perfex entities, and pushed through the CRM’s API with full history preserved. Deliverables • A working integration that plugs into Perfex CRM (latest stable build) and performs end-to-end automated data entry in real time • Clear installation/setup documentation and code comments so I can maintain it internally • A brief validation report showing before-and-after accuracy on a representative data set If you have prior experience marrying AI services—whether Python, PHP-based SDKs, or cloud offerings such as AWS, Azure, or Google AI—to Perfex, that will be a plus.
